DEFINING PRODUCTION LOGISTICS FOR INDUSTRY 4.0

This paper defines the production logistics of the company INMOLD Group Požega, Serbia, where the basic segments of production logistics used by this company are listed. Possible improvements in production logistics should enable, in some processes, the introduction of Industry 4.0 with certain segments of the new industrial revolution. The goal of the work is to explain, through analysis, how the production logistics of a plant works, where an idea and an agreement with customers create a product that represents an automated process on the market
